I worked as a volunteer at the Southeast Technical Institute CIS Help desk while attending school. I also volunteered at the Sioux Falls Veterans Center Hospital in their MIS department. Some of the duties that I performed while volunteering at these facilities included: Setting up LAN and WAN connectivity for users to access various servers; PC and Server operating system installations and configuration; data recovery; hardware and software troubleshooting; installation, repair and upgrades to the existing systems.
