The Bid Team Manager for OVO Energy Solutions, leading all bid management activities, leading on bid/tender strategy, and managing the overarching end-to-end process for competitive open tenders and frameworks in the property decarbonisation space utilising various funding mechanisms.

In this role, I managed and constructed bids relating to the recruitment industry from entry to submission in both the public and private sector, on behalf of the Adecco Group, and it's respective sub-brands, such as Adecco UK&I, Adecco Public Sector, Office Angels, and more. Submissions involved various solutions from large scale MSPs, to simple recruitment panels, across a variety of sectors in the UK and Ireland.

As a Bid and Proposal Manager in the City Energy Transformation Team I supported with planning and content control for the submission of city-scale low-carbon infrastructure proposals and bids. The aim of the team was to help cities and large public sector bodies hit their carbon neutrality goals and environmental objectives; tendering in this area varied widely due to the large scale and nature of city energy transformation projects. In addition to direct bid and proposal management, I also provided tendering support, consultation and advice to other business units within E.ON UK on an ad-hoc basis.

In this role I led on the creation and submission of proposals and bids for the Sales Mobilisation team in the I&C pillar of E.ON Energy Solutions. I managed two direct reports in Bid and Proposal Managers, and was tasked with being ultimately responsible for the work that my staff put out as well as training, consistency and support. I dealt with a variety of sustainability projects, from the installation of small scale CHP units to large scale Solar PV Meadows, thus giving me a wide range of expertise in the industrial, renewable and off-grid energy sector.

I worked in the Bid and Proposals team within Obligation Partnerships at E.ON Energy Solutions. It was my duty to answer ITT, PQQ and RFQ documents for Governmental Organisations, Councils and Housing Associations in order for E.ON UK to meet it's overall ECO (Energy Company Obligation) requirements and targets.

I worked on E.ON's Delivery Notification Auditing (DNA) team, ensuring that documents were submitted to OFGEM on-time for the successful delivery of E.ON UK's ECO (Energy Company Obligation).

Administrating for the Carbon Savings team, who dealt with E.ON UK's ECO (Energy Company Obligation).

Advising stakeholders about the benefits of SMART meters and ensuring that they have suitable installation appointments in order to contribute to E.ON's Government (through SMART GB) target on SMART Metering.
