I am an HR professional with experience devising and implementing learning and development strategy for a global live-entertainment business.I have worked in the theatre industry for over twenty years, enjoying leadership roles in sales and ticketing prior to moving into HR. I am driven by a desire to make a difference - a passionate advocate for coaching, the arts and culture and life-long learningI am a chartered member of the CIPD, an experienced presenter and facilitator, an AoEC qualified executive coach and a Hogan personality assessor. I am also able to provide leaders with coaching around ‘the Childhood Story’. Based on the work of David Kantor (Structural Dynamics) and Dr Sarah Hill (author of ‘Where Did You Learn To Behave Like That?’), this kind of coaching uses a framework to solicit the childhood story that underpins a leader’s characteristic behaviour. The work then focuses on transforming old unhelpful narratives into new enabling ones. Achievements;- Developed ‘Leading Lights’ a residential leadership development programme for senior leaders, which featured content on; strategy and purpose, emotional intelligence, coaching skills, resilience, managing & motivating teams, storytelling/narratives, presentation skills, trust and the triple bottom line. - Developed ‘Rising Stars’, a 2 year development programme for emerging leaders. Provided high-level support through executive coaching, psychometric personality assessment for leaders within the business to enhance performance and meet strategic objectives- Helped to establish a coaching culture within my organisation by developing in-house coaching capability and strategic use of external executive coaching in order to increase entrepreneurial spirit and innovation to support organisational growth- Partnered with external providers and internal experts to develop innovative people development solutions- Launched ‘Stages’ management skills courses across the business, focusing on embedding culture of engagement, empowerment, multiplying effort and improving productivity
