Ecommerce Business Specialist
Current- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the company's e-commerce strategy, staying informed about platform changes, managing e-commerce platform processes, communicating changes and guiding e-commerce sales and marketing efforts- Company's liaison with Caterpillar e-commerce teams and the Milton CAT expert on Caterpillar e-commerce platforms- Understand and implement the e-commerce strategic plan, provide leadership within the organization in identifying improvement opportunities and build them into plans- Maintain Milton Cat e-commerce channels to ensure that we are generating awareness and sales opportunities through the parts and machine sales platforms- Plan and present quarterly updates about eCommerce changes, programs and progress to Milton CAT employees.- Work with marketing team on key messages and campaign planning- Ensure that the parts.cat.com landing page reflects current content, specials, and promo codes- Identify employee and customer e-commerce training needs, develop a training plan and deliver training- Manage and support internal and external requests for updating and maintaining platforms- Collaborate with the Solutions Center on various efforts, such as customer data validation, data authorization and creation of system IDs- Validate customers requesting access to digital platforms, follow up with customers requesting access if they have not completed data authorization- Attract new customers to digital platforms by highlighting benefits of the platforms, highlighting value the platforms bring to the customer and manage promotions, such as promo codes on parts.cat.com (PCC)- Identify PCC user traits, conduct and evolve surveys to gain insight to the customers user experience and provide feedback based on survey results- Review Abandoned shopping carts and test approaches to connecting with those customers- Make data-driven decisions using Google Analytics reports, CRM and other information sources
