I have held a successful and progressive career, spanning over nearly 40 years within Quantity Surveying, at senior level and more recently, overseeing surveying activities at Director level. While I am skilled in all elements of strategic management, I employ and lead staff and sub-contractors to meet the required technical specifications. Additionally, I regularly have inspected works to provide for high standards, quality assurance and value for money. I hold strong expertise in all elements of Quantity Surveying, project/contract management and business management including financial control, strategic planning, sourcing and site management. I apply strong expertise of project planning, definition and pricing while calculating required materials and equipment accurately to ensure timely and satisfactory completion, in accordance to budget, specifications and high quality standard expectations. I ensure exceptional high standards in all projects worked on, delivering client satisfaction and increased profitable growth on all contracts worked on.
