The role of Senior Application Specialist (Investments) is responsible for the support, analysis and change implementation of QSuper’s systems supporting the Investments business units.Key Accountabilities• Maintain application support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures. Use application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.• Contribute to the availability management process and its operation and perform defined availability management tasks. • Take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. • Assess, analyse, develop, document and implement changes based on requests for change.• Prioritise and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigate causes of incidents and seek resolution. Escalate unresolved incidents. Facilitate recovery, following resolution of incidents. Documents and close resolved incidents according to agreed procedures.• Assess and analyse release components. Provides input to scheduling. Carry out the builds and tests in coordination with testers and component specialists.• Ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels. • Review system software updates and identify those that merit action. • Recommend/design structures and tools for systems which meet business needs and takes into account target environment, performance & security requirements and existing systems. • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Investment Systems, and provides expert advice regarding their application. HR Systems Adviser, HR Client Services​​​​​​Griffith University's Human Resource Management Team (HRM) deliver a comprehensive suite of HR services to 4500+ employees working at the University. As the HR Systems Adviser my role is to provide systems administration and expertise, training, help desk, and ongoing support for all PeopleSoft modules, maintenance to HRM website and provision of system reports via data extracts and report writing.
