I have held positions in sales, marketing, and operations over the last 14 years working for both Emerson and Danaher companies. My goals are simple - enjoy what I am doing. Although, I am ambitious and seeking elevated roles and responsibilities, the foundation of a healthy team is a leader who enjoys what he does.I am passionate about new product development and commercializing all products to grow, which is my core focus in my role with Danaher. Regardless of the size of the project, small or large, new product development is an art - not a science.
