I am a highly motivated, driven leader with over 10 years of experience in the Mining Industry and over 30 years of experience in the Transport Industry, as a driver and in various training & leadership roles. Having started the majority of my roles as a driver and working my way up to hold training & leadership roles, I have proven that I understand the requirements of business and pride myself on my dedication and desire to succeed in all that I do. I always lead by example and perform tasks in line with company policies, environmental, health and safety principles in mind. I am quite organised and a fast learner that enjoys putting new skills into practice to enable me to work efficiently. I take pride in seeing all required tasks through to completion.As a training specialist I put my years of practical experience to use delivering a holistic training package with relatable content.
