● Testing front and back end capabilities of CMS-driven websites across multiple devices and browsers● Supporting deployments to live environments● Writing comprehensive test cases for use in general ticket resolution, smoke and regression test suites● Actively supporting multiple clients/projects on a daily basis● Brief exposure to automation testing and using gherkin BDD approach to test writing● Using a combination of JIRA, Zephyr and Confluence to document test procedures

I provided technical support over the phone for Eir customers. I would strive for customer satisfaction on every call by:● Troubleshooting a range of broadband and telecommunication issues with customers.● Adapting how I interact and convey resolution steps to each individual customer's knowledge/familiarity of the service.● Documenting notes concisely and effectively to support any further actions on cases.● Adhering to strict call quality guidelines and regulations.

I had been working on the testing of functionality of a global commerce pipeline. Throughout my time in Dell I had been:● Working with my local feature team in an Agile environment● Conducting testing activities (Writing test cases, executing test scripts, etc.)● Collaborating with teams spread across multiple continents on daily activities ● Engaging with Product Owners and other business users to establish clear testing acceptance criteria● Reliably taking part in deployment activities during key calendar milestones● Supporting local charities and communities through company-run events and initiatives

As part of the Medical Software Quality Assurance programme, I was hired for a 6 month internship position in the company’s R&D department. My duties included;● Executing test cases according to company requirements.● Ensuring traceability of the documentation during the testing process.● Using bug tracking software to log identification and analysis of bugs.● Completing tasks while conforming to the latest medical standards.● Participating in team meetings and contributing in a constructive manner
