As a 7th grade teacher at ESS, I apply my criminal justice & business administration degree as well as my psychology minor to create engaging and relevant lessons for my students. I also leverage my secondary education skill to foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth. Before joining ESS in November 2023, I worked as a CSR Agent working from home with Blackboard. Where I worked along side teachers and students, helping them enhance their educational studies. I developed and implemented quality standards, procedures, and audits, as well as provided technical assistance and customer service to internal and external stakeholders. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking. I am passionate about education and justice, and I strive to make a difference in my field and community.
