Paula has extensive experience across management, accommodation and customer service areas, including previous and current employment in the hotel industry. She have undertaken numerous training courses , certificates. Her first introduction to park management was at the Melbourne Big 4 Holiday Park (4.5 star). This Park is owned by Des Watts a co-founder of the Big 4 chain. I spent 2 years at this venue. As such there was a strong training curve with regards to appearance, conflict resolution, customer service and significant hands on involvement in the park upgrade and day to day running of the park and upgrade to new reservation systems. After moving on to other adventures in the Tourist Park Paula moved onto managing Lake Fyans Holiday Park and was then involved with Top Tourist and over seeing the day to day running of the park. After a time spent with John Farmer Paula moved to Byron Bay where she was managing and overseeing the Byron Bay Tourist Park now (Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay) for 5 years, relocating permanent residents , improving quality tourist cabins, powered and unpowered sites and successfully upgraded our AAA tourism start ratings, Ungraded the reservation system to RMS and managing front and back office and training staff. Paula moved away from managing parks to work with RMS in the training division working in the QLD office in Helensvale QLD. Paula has extensive experience within the training and knowledge with RMS and is now offering her service as a professional trainer in this industry.
