•Create an average of 3 or more sales appointments per day•1st point of contact for the “hot” prospect/buyer. Responsible for bring that “new” business into the dealership•Responsible for making 30 plus out bound calls per day•Achieve an 80% or higher call handling rate•Achieve a minimum average of 55% show rate (75% current show rate)•Achieve a sale credit for 15 or more vehicles (17 is my average or 45%)•Successfully overcome client objection through use of strategic responses – power tracks•Responsible for heavy data entry and for properly documenting all phone calls•Responsible for making LAP, UST, SAFU, NOFU, and various other follow up calls•Assist all sales personnel in following up prospective clients if the visit did not result in sale•Responsible for “bringing” people back to the showroom
