Regal Heights Hotel ( Previously Known As Al Masa Hotel )

1- Revising the time schedule of the project and determine the delivery date of zones and manage with technical office to accelerate the submitting of drawings within the activities ( plumbing ,HVAC ,electrical and architectural)2- Revising the drawings to know the clashes with the drawings and make workshops to find the solution of the clashes3- Collecting the documents to close the opened NCR4- Collecting the documents for the letters needed to send due to some modifications ordered to be done by the owner5- Collecting the data for the variation orders ( the new activities that entered newly in my company scope)6- Writing technical letters reply for letters sent from the consultant (ECG)7- Responsible for delivery of all shop drawing to site Engineers in with scope of work two towers each tower is 21 floors with steel cap floor with one royal sweat with three main swimming pools8- Revising the time schedule with planning team and find the problems and make workshops with site engineers to reach the targeted time9- Scheduling tasks that I get from general technical office manager and tracking it to be accomplished10- Scheduling problems that faces site ( missing shop drawings missing material…. ) and find solution to every problem with each department11- Forecast and organize subcontractors’ mobilization at work site12- Supervising all Concrete Work (including but not limited all structural elements: Foundations, Columns, Slabs…etc.).13- Supervising all finishing Works (including but not limited Painting, Ceramic, Marble, Insulation for foundation & roof building, Plastering, Wooden Work, steel doors) ( from 1/1/2019 till 1/3/2019)14- Coordination of shopdrawing and the erection of the aluminium structure helipad with the norwean company Marine aluminium15- Report any problems encountered as they arise to the Construction Manager and derive and implement solutions16- Ensure that construction personnel are fully aware of the safety requirements

Saint Mark Coptic Orthodox Cathedral Renovation

1- Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline including three areas cathedral inwards and outwards including landscape works2- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force3- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site4- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork5- Managing relationships with projects of different consultants.6- Planning and coordinating site works with other disciplines.7- Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings including architectural shopdrawing ( grc,marble ..etc ) 8- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency 9- Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures 10- Performing repair works for main structure members of the cathedral with the assigned procedures excavating steel sand blasting till the shot concrete also the repair using carbon fibers 11- Supervising wooden works repair including the furnishes of the main church the Christian icons 12- Preparing progress report every day and discuss it with head managers 13- Supervising the special type of interior works such as the hand fabricated drawn glass14- Report any problems encountered as they arise to the Construction Manager and derive and implement solutions15- Ensure that construction personnel are fully aware of the safety requirements and the executed works consider all the safety measures

Al Alamien Hotel Renovation - Marassi

1- Supervision of three main area including the hotel main kitchen and managers rooms area L1 and commercial shops 2- Supervising all the mending works of the structure items of the all the hotel 3- Coordination with mep teams with the architectural finishes 4- Coordination with furnishes companies with the design of the furniture and all items includes lighting fixtutres5- Work with discipline Foremen to ensure that construction personnel are properly organized and resourced to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency of works execution6- Report any problems encountered as they arise to the Construction Manager and derive and implement solutions7- Implement relevant quality procedures, i.e. calibration of measuring and test equipment, method statements generation, material records and testing8- Ensure that construction personnel are fully aware of the safety requirements and the executed works consider all the safety measures9- Supervising all structural repair Works (including but not limited Painting, Ceramic, Marble, Insulation for foundation & roof building, Plastering, Wooden Work, steel doors)10- Ensure that adequate resources are available for the work program on daily basis11- Ensure that the work performance as per the time schedule and method statement in conjunction with subcontractors, Construction Manager and Technical Office Manager
