Assisting with the global mobility team in their everyday working lives. Such tasks include initiating suppliers, drafting letters, processing invoices and liaising with lawyers from trainee lawyers to senior associates.This was a contract role where I also I gained my post grad diploma in project management.

• Providing senior managers and directors with detailed reports on all aspects of HR within the business • Working towards deadlines• Managing the entire recruitment process and liaising with senior managers • Liaise with payroll (weekly and monthly employees)• Maintaining all HR databases (absent, probation periods, recruitment)• Assisting HR Manager with employee relation cases (disciplinary/grievance appeals)• Advising managers on current policies and procedures daily

Assisted in all aspects of the store including shop floor and administration. I have processed orders and possess the relevant qualifications to serve hot food etc.

Prepared and booked vacations for Americans to visit Ireland and the UK. This included both "Go As You Please" and coach tours. Managed all paperwork and liaised with agents inside and outside the business. This was a very busy working environment, and I could be answering over one hundred calls a day dealing with a number of enquiries from booking a tour to amending names on air bookings.I also assisted with other departments as and when necessary.
