I am a servant leader with a passion for people, learning and growth. I have seen that effective leadership is more about mindset than title. My mission is to unleash the full potential within individuals, teams and organizations by developing role-specific leadership at every level, from entry up through CEO. As an Organizational Development business leader, consultant, coach and C-suite executive with over 30 years of experience, I have successfully partnered with large, Fortune 50 and small to mid-sized, locally owned companies to craft leadership cultures that result in high-performing teams and talent. I have consulting experience within a wide range of industries including financial, hospitality, education, technology, pharmaceutical, insurance, nuclear and non-profits.As a life-long learner, I have earned my Master of Science from Illinois State University in Organizational Communication and Bachelor’s in Business Management. I've also earned my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Digital Literacy certifications. My passion for people and community are evident in my volunteer history. I am a graduate and past President of "Leadership Illinois", part of the founding team of the "Multi-Cultural Leadership" program, former Chairman of the Board for Red Cross and former President of the Women's Division of the Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy serving others and some of my most rewarding work has been through the Midwest Food Bank, Welcome Home Haiti and serving as adjunct faculty at Bradley University and Heartland Community College.I believe in living life on purpose, being real over right, honoring over proving oneself and choosing courage over comfort.
