I have dedicated 20+ years to education and continue to be passionate about learning and development. Following a career shift from secondary education to the L&D environment in an HR setting, I am now working to improve employability and education outcomes for some of our most disenfranchised members of society.So proud to have achieved Associate CIPD.. Working full-time, studying and parenting...no small undertaking. I'm passionate about education equity and the importance of life long learning, re-skilling and up-skilling. Education and training are the key to social inclusion and mobility.I am currently enjoying the challenge of implementing the MOJ/HMPPS Education Skills and Work Strategy and improving the ESW function.
