- Communicated with internal and external clients to insure the closed mortgage loans were funded and boarded to the servicing system correctly.
- Oversee the flow funding function to ensure loans were accurately and expediently funded which included wire transfers sent to the Correspondents or warehouse banks accurately and timely.
- Oversee and manage data entry, preliminary review, and pending function of flow-funded loans.
- Manage flow funding loans to ensure the sale of loans to Freddie Mac within 120 days of the Note date.
- Ensure loans are funded within 70 days of Note date to avoid an appraisal update.
- Coach and train team members on new processes or documentation requirements.
