Reported monthly: Revenue, operating costs, OP, income and expense provisions, billing, and production forecast, pending billing, among others.Achievements:• Achieved and maintained unit revenue above $50K USD/month and a 20% operating profit for two years, a record figure for the unit due to the nature of the business.• Increased services offered to clients from $20K (initial revenue) to $200K (final executed value) during project coordination, with a service focused on meeting client needs and fulfilling their expectations.• Retained clients who continued to use services for 5 years with the company, implementing some Project Management strategies.
