Compliance AdministratorPf Ahern Waste Management Dec 2023 - PresentWest Thurrock, England, United KingdomAhern Waste Management Services provides a comprehensive waste & recycling collection and treatment service to its customers.From our purpose built Materials Recovery Centre in West Thurrock we manage a fleet of over 30 waste collection vehicles and operate two waste recycling centres servicing waste producers in the East London and South Essex areas.We employ over 70 staff across our business, many of whom have significant operational & customer service experience, who can offer advice and guidance regarding the most appropriate collection, treatment and disposal methods for most hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.As Compliance Administrator my current job duties are:• People HR - Employee Tap In & Tap Out• Bounce Back Emails download report send to customer service• Check with Service/Inspection agents that fleet vehicle service were completed• PurGo daily reports ie: Hauliers licence, site inductions, unallocated jobs.• Complete Transport Tickets on PurGo input Hauliers Weighbridge Weights• Check that all vehicle delivery & exchange have Transport Notes • Cleaner Duties/Hours are complete, scanned daily & sent to the wages department weekly for payment• Complete Hazardous Waste Consignment Note send original to customer for their records• All documentation for all employees are up to date & scanned to Personal file• Check & scan all outgoing/incoming weighbridge tickets to customers accounts on PurGo• Update the Ahern Bible with all information• Sage 200 create orders, add correspondence to orders, complete orders once items delivered• Order Uniform & PPE, stationary, equipment for Employees, Transfer Station & Stores• Update Plant Maintenance Schedule & MRF Working hours daily/weekly• Book Plant Equipment Inspections/services• Check Time Sheets for temporary staff• Permit to Works• Upload Lost Job Forms to PurGo• Upload Delivery Assessment Forms to PurGo• Driver licence Checks every 3 months• Stock Requisitions
