- Participation in the organization's open innovation project, with the launch of Accelerator 4Comex, the first startup accelerator focused on solutions to the pains of Foreign Trade.- Design the business model for this project, by using Canvas methodology, through workshops with a multidisciplinary team.- Participation in the Culture of Innovation project in the organization, for greater engagement of employees in the innovation initiatives that were being implemented. Workshops using the Design Thinking methodology.- Contact with other Open Innovation Hubs for benchmarking and partnerships, expanding contact with other agents in the innovation ecosystem and startups.- Mapping of the startup's customer journey, identification of personas, marketing plan, discovering challenges in the foreign trade sector, international and national logistics.- Mentoring through workshops with professionals from different companies that work in the foreign trade area. Exploratory studies of real day-to-day pain to validate the mentored startup solution.- Partnership with universities with the aim of presenting students with some challenges of foreign trade so that they seek innovative solutions.- Creation of flow to implement new products for a pilot project, using innovative tools, in partnership with a startup. Sales Administration:- Support and back office of the commercial team;- Implementation and management of the CRM. Tool administrator, generation of strategic reports;- Mapping of internal processes and the Customer Journey;- Creation of tools that helped in the implementation of new clients, as well as establishing the responsibilities of each department involved;- Post sales activities: follow-up meetings; KPI reports, satisfaction surveys, etc. Commercial marketing:- Contribution to the design of the new visual identity;- Implementation of digital marketing activities; social media and market intelligence.

- Responsible for the portfolio of imported polymers, originating from Asia and the United States.- Monitoring of the entire logistical process, from import, storage in bonded warehouse and/or general warehouse, sale and distribution in the national market.- Receipt, confirmation and control of orders from sales representatives.- Inventory monitoring in partnership with the operational team.- Sales reports for partners and representatives, as well as control of commission payments.- Responsible for linking the CNPJ between Columbia and all customers of the group with the Federal Revenue Service.

- Monitoring all stages of the import and customs clearance process in the fashion segment to meet inventory planning and launch new collections of luxury brands;- Documentation analysis, support to exporters for consolidation of shipments, AWB approval, sending of pre-alert, conference and authorization of registration of the Import Declaration, inspection request for cargo with damages and payment of taxes;- Responsible for national logistics coordinating the removal of goods from the airport to our Distribution Center, storage, labeling, quality control and delivery to stores.- Issuance of Entry Invoice, Storage and check of all costs involved in the import process for billing and sales invoice.- Daily status update of processes in progress, keeping the customer posted.

- Responsible for coordinating the entire process of importing the portfolio of samples and projects, in an integrated manner with the Procurement, PCP, Projects and Procurement departments; - Development of new suppliers qualifying them according to the company's practices; - Implementation of new imported items for the production line; - Issuance and dispatch of Purchase Order on SAP to suppliers, as well as monitoring the entire logistical process to ensure receipt of goods within the planned period in accordance with the inventory policy; - Conference of all documentation relevant to the process (Proforma Invoice, Invoice, Packing List, AWB and BL), ensuring compliance with payment terms and negotiated Incoterms; - Landed Cost calculation and assistance in the import feasibility study.

- Coordination of projects and implementation of new products in the Group's franchises.- Reports for monitoring the sales performance of new products.- Processes mapping related to the new products.

- Elaboration of Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, Export Registration andother documents related to the export of goods.- Contact via email and telephone with customers in Latin America (Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Bolivia and Chile) in Spanish and English

- Performance of back office activities focused on solving problems not solved by the service, in an agile way and maintaining constant contact with the customer;- Participation in the development and improvement of new systems in order to optimize the daily tasks of the department;- Effective written communication with customers about insurance information and finalization of claim processes;- Support to bank managers regarding requests and claims related to Life, Auto, Home and Business insurance.
