Specifically providing support and advice in relation to financial matters and retail / commercial outlets.

Develop the Management of Business Operations of 3 Dental Practices in Cumbria

To lead the Group Board by providing strategic leadership particularly in the areas of Finance and HR, working with and supporting the Senior Executive Team in pursuit of; governance excellence, company financial viability and delivery of the corporate strategic plan. To achieve company success, growth and expansion through constructive internal and external partnership working and acting as an ambassador for the group.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, to provide strategic planning and leadership in line with the current legislative frameworks for the operational running of the Academy with lead responsibility for all aspects of: Finance, HR, ICT, SLA’s, Administration, Health & Safety, Capital Programme, Estates and Catering. Company Secretary. In 2011 I led the Academy through a successful conversion and have since provided conversion advice to a number of other convertor academies both secondary and primary, in particular related to running a school as a business.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team to develop long term strategic business plans to underpin and deliver the company strategic aims and objectives. With lead responsibility within the company for: Finance, Procurement, SLA’s, Health & Safety, ICT & Business Information, HR, HRD, Administration, Corporate Policies and compliance with relevant legislation frameworks.
