I am committed to inspiring people to make proactive lifestyle choices earlier, ensuring they can enjoy a fulfilling and independent later life whilst also freeing up much-needed existing family housing for younger generations.In my role as Managing Director of Lovell Later Living, I direct our open market housing exclusively for over 55’s, orchestrating the design, construction and sale of quality, adaptable private housing through the Lovell regional businesses. I also work closely with our partners including local authorities, registered providers, care operators and investors to design purpose-built specialist housing for older and vulnerable people. My expertise lies in master planning, new business and service development, business growth strategy and partnership solutions across housing, health and social care. I have delivered largescale change projects in the public sector and implemented a successful public private partnership vehicle to deliver large scale regeneration.Through my work with organisations such as LGA, the Housing LIN, EAC, International Longevity Leaders and ARCO, I actively work to influence change and shape future government policies and strategies related to housing, health and social care services.Highlights- Creation and launch of Later Living by Lovell brand and products- Creation and launch of LIFEstyle by ENGIE brand, products and service- 2016 White Paper exploring housing choices for older people- Design and delivery of the K2 LLP Middle Deepdale Regeneration Development Partnership delivering N Yorks Middle Deepdale Master Plan- Led the decommissioning and replacement of registered elderly person care homes in N. Yorks- Supported set-up of the Housing LIN leading Yorks and Humberside network until 2018- Led the delivery of 6 extra care schemes in 18months in the PPP between Hanover and Durham C.C- Commissioned UK's first purpose built extra care housing scheme for physically disabled adults
