I have been in the health care field since 2002. I graduated from Lake Superior College in May, 2002 with an AAS degree in Surchical Technology. I worked at Essentia Health as a Certified Surgical Technologist From 2002-2017. I’m currently a Certified Surgical Technologist at Duluth Surgical Suites, LLC. In 2008, I became a part time Adjunct Instructor in the Surgical Technology Program at Lake Superior College, where I work with the director of the program in assessing the surgical technology students in the clinical setting. Prior to my current career in the health care field, I worked in the legal field as a legal assistant.
