I helped to create the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative to provide health and wellness education to seniors and caregivers across the state. I am responsible for budgets, financial reports, grant management, development implementation, marketing, networking and collaborating with other University departments and external partners to produce positive outcomes that advance the initiative and comply with University policy. I plan multiple events with attendance from 25 to 3,000 including an annual statewide fundraiser and serve on multiple campus committees. In addition, I am responsible for the staff, public relations, and day to day operations of the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative's Center of Healthy Aging on the OUHSC campus.
