Established a new LLA Governance Framework to govern, guide and unite the Australian operating businesses under a One Lendlease approach following a significant restructure. Included review and update of priority business processes to create consistency and efficiency.

Development and implementation of global processes and systems to embed a new organisational approach to Knowledge Management known as 'Practices'. The purpose of Practices is to strategically select key Products and Capabilities that met five specific criteria and create a global 'Practice' around each one enabling Lendlease to accelerate delivery of it's pipeline and improve project outcomes by:• Setting aligned Global strategic priorities across regional operational businesses• Creating global Standards and ways of working that regional operational businesses can aspire toIncluded the development of a new $1.7M global knowledge sharing platform delivered on time and within budget.

Led the repositioning of Quality across the business to elevate understanding and commitment to new strategic Quality goals and objectives. More broadly I also led the the redevelopment of their enterprise management system which included working closely with a range of key stakeholders across all functions including (but not limited to) design, safety, risk, finance, sustainability and environment.Established a new Technical Training team to provide the processes, systems and support to enable our projects to consistently and effectively manage worker competency requirements and help improve our people's capability.

Led the development and implementation of a new enterprise management system to drive a safe, consistent and compliant approach to business operations and project delivery. This included the identification and selection of a number of new technology platforms and extensive change management to ensure adoption.

Led the strategic planning process for the Coal business focussing on a five-year horizon, developed a five-year plan and managed reporting against individual business unit operational plans. Developed a new risk management framework which included implementation of Active Risk Manager (a leading Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) software package) to allow the efficient pro-active monitoring of risks across the business.

Managed the overall co-ordination of major project ($800M - $4B) tender submissions from EOI stage through to submission of final tender submissions. This included ensuring all RFP requirements were met through detailed planning and programme management to produce high quality bids. This role was also responsible for ensuring governance frameworks were well documented, accountabilities were clear and systems and process were aligned across all disciplines, particularly within large joint ventures.

Strategically managed and implemented internal and external communications for the $1.4B Metro Rail Project including extensive community consultation.Liaised with and provided high level advice to the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure’s Chief of Staff and Media Advisor on media issues and provided media statements, speeches and briefing notes including acting as spokesperson where required.
