Strategic Customer Relationship Consulting was provided to Wolf Maya Art Academy in Rio de Janeiro, where the goal of the project was to develop strategies to attract new students, retain existing students, and generate partnerships for the company. In addition to these strategies, a new customer service model and database were implemented.

Responsible for the planning of marketing products/actions, online and offline, in an integrated manner, such as: structuring sales plans (processes, commercial scripts, etc.), CRM actions, monitoring and measuring the results of online marketing actions, social media action plans, online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads and Google Adwords), setting goals and objectives with a focus on the results of the outlined marketing strategies.

In Globo.com's Online Subscriptions division, I was responsible for developing partnerships for portal promotions and exclusive benefits for subscribers, as well as creating briefings and approving materials for subscribers and prospects, helping to manage the products marketed by the company.

At TIM Brasil, I was part of the Sponsorship and Events team in the Communications Department, working specifically in the soccer division, supporting the actions and contractual processes with the main Brazilian clubs sponsored by the company. I also worked on music, cultural and technology events organized or sponsored by TIM.
