- Primary responsibilities focus on coordination & implementation of global roaming project including commercial (Planning & IRA & Launching coordination) and technical (IREG & TADIG) activities;- Planning and organizing group activities;- Attending weekly follow-up conference calls with Telefónica operators & internal members;- Prepare monthly status reports;- IREG testing (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, CAMEL, LTE & 5G NSA) and network faults troubleshooting. Familiar with ADECEF remote testing tool;- TADIG Validation. Familiar with TTT (TAP testing tool - GSMA).

- Performance in Intelligent Network Planning Area; - Project Development for Telcordia Inteligent Network Platform, including services specifications, presentation of project to interface areas (Operations, IT, Marketing and developers), supervision and final approval of projetcs; - Impact evaluation of projects implementation with IT and Operational areas;- Technical support to Marketing area for development of new prepaid services and offers.

- Performance in Operational Support Area - Execution of activities related to VAS platforms (MMS, SMS, VMS, Device Manager, OTA and WAP)- Development of documentation related to new platforms acceptance; - Responsible for national homologation tests of handsets and sim cards, including 3G technology;- Configuration of MMS platform to provide support for new handsets;- Configuration of Device Manager Platform to provide support for new handsets.

- Performance in VAS and Roaming Planning Area;- Responsible for planning and implementation of VAS Project’s regarding Voice Mail, Unified Messaging, WAP Gateway, Multimedia Message Center, Vídeo Streaming functionalities;- Technical Support for Marketing area for development and offer of new services;- International Roaming support for voice, GPRS and CAMEL tests;- Execution of CAMEL and IR24 tests in Ericsson MSC’s;- Budget achievement control of VAS projects using, among others tools, SAP R/3.

- Performance in Operation Area of International and National Roaming;- Responsible for IR24 and CAMEL tests for Inbound and Outbound Roaming Agreements;- Implementation and configuration of data partners in Nokia’s MSC;- Technical Support to the operators for tests validation of International and National Outbound Roaming;- Troubleshooting with customers in roaming.
