About Paula Diaz

As the Manager of Program Operations at the University of Washington, I oversee the daily operation of the Student Services Office and supervise a team of six staff members and up to 50 student employees. With over 25 years of management and team building experience, I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence.My core competencies include customer success, customer service management, communication, and leadership. I am driven by gratitude and motivated by continual learning opportunities.
