• Financial Month-End Close Coordinator for US Crude Oil Downstream (including US domestic & foreign).• Focal point for accounting matters within a group of ~40 Analysts – acting as mentor to others, while communicating issues and process improvements effectively to US Crude Business Line & Senior Management.• Identify areas for improvement, communicate & lead enhancement initiatives and process developments in areas of responsibility. While collaborating with global Process Advisors on the implementation of SAP system changes.• Develop and secure implementation of efficient accounting procedures. Hold regular meetings to update/train analysts on new processes in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their day to day work activities.• Key contact for accounting reporting to BAR/FA&R (Business & Financial groups outside Argentina).• Coordination of sensitive payments/collections, reporting directly to Corporate Treasurers assuring cash forecast.• Responsible for US Crude Oil D/S KPI’s by tracking and communicating effectively to Senior Management and Business Line.• Business Contingency Plan Contact for US Crude Accounting Organization.• Facilitator for HR New Hires’ 3 months program called “Buddy Program”.

• Financial & volumetric accounting activities for Canada Crude Oil Downstream.• Analysis, booking & reconciliation of crude oil volumes within CA 3rd parties - constant communication with CA Crude Schedulers and Traders.• Buy/Sell Canada Coordinator, interaction with Financial Team to assure correct exposure of sensitive and large data.• Monthly & Quarterly Reports to BAR/FA&R (Business & Financial groups outside Argentina).• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, systems & tools with emphasis on the design and development processes for supporting quality systems (i.e. SAP).• Analysis & accounting of sensitive payments/collections; communication with external partners
