Analysis of the AR aging report, investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges, Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation: processing banking transactions, analysis of short term cash needs, daily monitoring of multiple bank accounts and reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts.Payroll Activities: Responsible for processing/recording W2's and 1099 Payroll, making sure that all tax and benefits deductions are recorded and preparation of the Payroll journal entries into the accounting system. Processing the State/Local Sales Taxes, complying with local and State sales regulations.Preparation of the Financial statements and Budget in cooperation with managers of the departments. Checking and Analyzing the actual versus budget.Procedure with month-end closing process and prepare monthly reports.
