I ran the Coos Bay Office. I was responsible for all background, criminal and financial investigations of everyone wanting a liquor establishment in two counties. I was responsible for liquor law enforcement and was a public safety official. I designed a volunteer program, created the first regular information classes for service personnel. I prepared, testified and presented cases before an Administrative Judge. I was an undercover Inspector for other counties.

I was responsible for case selection, determined the extent of an audit inquiry. I audited income tax returns, prepared reports, was an expert witness before the Oregon Tax Court. Applied both Federal and State law to insure correct tax. I was liaison officer between IRS and my office.
