I always knew that I was going to be a scientist. I made this decision when I was eleven, living in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, surrounded by thousands of species of animals and trees.Many years later, I became a specialist in botany and biotechnology. But I didn’t stop there. Looking at plant cells in a lab, I realized that I could actually do something to change the world with my knowledge and my dreams. In 2019, Luciano Bueno and I founded Galy, a biotech company with a purpose. We mimic nature to create products we once thought impossible using in-house technology.I am passionate about biotechnology and innovation. I am a hardworking, curious, open-minded and resilient scientist. Nature made me who I am today, and I'm happy to offer something in return.
