Maybe it's because I'm a native Texan, but hospitality has always just been my thing. I started waiting tables in college and never looked back. I can't imagine doing anything else. I thought restaurant management and operations was fun, but then fell into the catering side and realized I had found my true calling. I don't have a shy bone in my body and I have as much stamina as the Energizer Bunny. I have a sort of a "go big or go home" style. I once heard a Winston Churchill quote about true winners don't distinguish between work and play, they just give everything to whatever they do. I have tried to live by it ever since.
