I spent years organizing and re-structuring field offices for a national network of insurance companies. (I know, I know.) So in 1999 I showed up to VIA wearing a very corporate, navy-blue power suit with my hair pinned back, ready to finally button this place up. And now twelve years later, I'm writing an outline for a book with VIA Creative Director, Ron Clayton, called Crazy/Good. It's basically a how-to on surviving (read: thriving) in a perpetual state of near chaos. So hey, at least nobody can say I'm not adaptable.What do you do at VIA? Create productivity out of chaos. Structure out of static. (See above.) Basically, I keep the train on the rails.
