Produce all types of documents and presentations, drafting routine correspondence on behalf of the BIA Manager and BIA and tracking responses within appropriate timescales, presented professionally and accurately. Arrange and coordinate meetings on behalf of the BIA Manager, making best use of technology to prepare and support the meeting. To ensure that meetings run effectively, action points are followed up and accurate records are distributed as appropriate. Support the DoLS with business-related queries Collating DoLS figures and feedback for management. Complete all pre-employment checks including DBS checks, obtaining references, training documents. Updating BIA personnel files Organising training/Certificates for Best Interest Assessor. Managing Rota's for BIA. Managing enquires from admin staff, Best Interest Assessor's, Management. Managing processes for BIA. Processing DoLS application. Assigning assessments to BIA uploading paper work to mosaic.
