About Paula Hall

With over 30 years of experience in the affordable multifamily housing industry, I am the Vice President of Asset Management at EHDOC. Prior to joining EHDOC, I lead the Asset Management Team for Dominium, an affordable housing development and management company with a portfolio of more than 200 assets, comprised of 40,000 apartment units across 20 states. Prior to Dominium, I was with WNC and had multiple responsibilities from the construction phase to the stabilized phase, including the tax credit compliance team and the structured assets group, which handles workouts and repositioning. I leverage my skills in debt purchasing, strategic repositioning, and asset management to optimize the performance and value of the properties, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and investor requirements. I also managed a staff of 27 professionals, including 13 asset managers and 14 corporate administrative employees. My mission is to create and preserve quality affordable housing for families and seniors, and to contribute to the social and economic well-being of the communities we serve. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and developing and mentoring the next generation of leaders in the affordable housing sector.
