I started out in the vessel payroll section where I dealt with day to day queries with the clients, processed ship accounts and dealt with the payroll on our in house bespoke system for a total of 21 vessels. After a year and a half I moved to the payments team where I processed invoices and made payments both locally and internationally through RBS Bankline, I had the responsibilities of dealing with the petty cash, the petty cash reconciliations and the bank reconciliations.I now currently work within a team dealing with vessel accounts admin in which I am responsible for billing two clients for a total of 29 vessels, processing and billing Priority Pass and Liberian Licenses, processing and billing flight invoices, aged debtors reports, weekly statement accounts and also billing Lumpsum and crew management fees within strict deadlines.
