I have been responsible for the delivery of the Welsh Baccalaureate, Wider Key Skills, Engagement and Step Up programmes. I ensured all planning and delivery was according to WJEC, OCN, Agored Cymru and Core Curriculum standards. These posts have required me to manage a changing caseload for each centre (Newport and Cwmbran) and manage my time effectively in order to meet qualification and occupancy targets.

.As a foundation learning tutor I have been working with young people aged 16-19 who were previously designated as NEET Learners. Working in a small team we have run engagement and employability programmes. These involve the teaching, learning and assessment of learner capability against national qualification standards. We also provide a high level of pastoral care and information and guidance to individuals.
