CurrentLead the marketing strategy, management, and brand tactical activities of new and existing DTC brands and work closely with Retail Team to increase exposure in brick and mortar retailers.Brand Strategy and Project Management—Direct the go-to-market strategy, management, and product development processes for a new modernized line of product offerings to attract new customers and foster growth.Marketing Growth—Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer data to grow revenue and brand awareness in DTC digital and retail channels. Performance Management and Product Research—Manage product portfolio and pricing, ensure costs and profits are managed closely, and oversee reporting and analysis at brand and product level to ensure profitable revenue growth, customer retention, and consumer satisfaction. Project Management— Lead routine management activities to keep new product introductions, reformulations, and packaging updates on track and within parameters to meet brand goals.Content Marketing—Develop a dynamic content roadmap and assets to support social activities, partnering with external agencies and influencers to significantly boost product visibility and engagement.
