I am a motivated and adaptable payroll consultant, with more than 25 years experience in operational payroll, payroll implementations and payroll consultancy. I have worked with some of the largest UK and global businesses and have been responsible for the full process of outsourcing a payroll, from due diligence, requirements gathering and compiling statements of work to process mapping, detailed design, data migration, parallel run and operational handover, ensuring requirements are tracked throughout the project and the project is delivered on time and to budget. I have gained experience through leading the delivery of payroll strategy, transformation (including operating model, process redesign and automation), implementation and outsourcing projects. I have the ability to propose and implement remediations ranging from strategic through to practical having worked within the payroll operations of diverse businesses.
