I started out working behind the desk and managing payroll, class schedules and general duties. After 2 years, I received my personal training certification and started training clients. I have over 15 years of experience helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. After playing professional tennis, I realized my love for general health and fitness and wanted to help others achieve the same.
