I have not previously held a management role before joining Archie's, but I have received strong support and praise from my previous managers and head office. I began my journey three years ago as a line chef and have successfully advanced to my current role as general manager. Their belief in my abilities has enabled me to achieve the position of General Manager at the newly opened Archie's in the Trafford Palazzo. My passion for collaborating with my team and engaging with people continues to grow daily, and I thoroughly enjoy my day-to-day responsibilities within the business. I actively seek out opportunities to learn and develop my skills, striving to excel in my current role while establishing a solid foundation for future progression in business management.With the support of a great management team and my colleagues, I have been successful in reaching many KPIs, exceeding sales targets, and building a strong returning customer base. It's really important to me that my team enjoys coming to work and they see the good in what they do. I've had the opportunity to develop many individuals, and it brings me a lot of joy to see the people around me thrive with in their roles as well. What I love about being a manager is not just the business side of things, but also the relationships you build along the way. Meeting new people and working alongside those who share the same passion is incredibly rewarding.
