I have been involved with Sandwich Community TV since 2004 and became Executive Director in 2009. During this time the organization has undergone tremendous growth. An SCT owned, newly designed main studio was finished in 2008, a renovated studio and media center designed, installed and financed by SCT at Sandwich High School was completed in 2013. Keeping current with the latest equipment and technology is paramount in public access media.I have a keen interest in technology and the effects of social media. Previously had worked for a number of years in the telecommunications industry before joining SCT.I am a current board member of the Sandwich Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Boardwalk Ball Committee, Sandwich Chamber Marketing Committee, and the Sandwichfest Committee. I am also a Vice President of First Night Sandwich and was one of the founders of this event, now in its fourth year. I am on the board of Directors on the Sandwich Council of Aging and also on the The Sandwich Glasstown Cultural District Committee, both town committees.I am dedicated to serving the community and I consider myself fortunate to be in a position that gives me the opportunity to fulfill that commitment in myriad ways.Skills: Project management and implementation, production, public relations, procurement, directing, design, technical implementation and research, social media, strategic planning.
