30+ years of experience in Army Contracting Directorate. Served as Director of Contracting, Chief of Contracting Division, Lead Contracting Officer, and a Contract Negotiator. Appointed Contracting Officer for the Department of Defense (DoD) with an unlimited Warrant.10+ years experience in Business Development in the planning, directing, and implementing management of technical contractual agreements.Served as the Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Officer. She received numerous commendations throughout her career with the Department of Army for outstanding accomplishment as both a Contracting Officer and as the Program Manager for Business Development and Marketing. Paula was instrumental in promoting Tooele Army Depot's capabilities, targeting public/private partnership opportunities and increasing annual revenue for the installation. Her efforts generated more than $16 million in revenue and formed the basis for many more long-term public and private partnerships that contributed significantly to the strategic mission of the Depot. She also served as a Contracting Officer on deployments to Kuwait/Iraq for the Department of Defense under Operation Iraqi Freedom; and also deployed to Miami, Florida under humanitarian efforts resulting from Hurricane Andrew.
