About Paula Litherland (Msc)

I have over 30 years in the fitness industry where I have enjoyed a range of jobs from studio coordinator to gym manager, operations manager and personal trainer. I was awarded a 1:1 BSc in Physical Activity Exercise and Health at Salford University, then went on to complete a PGCE at level 7, and more recently I achieved an MSc in Psychology at Edge Hill University. I am a Co director of MH1 Global (www.mh1global.com) where we promote lifestyle behaviour change with the use of our validated Mental Health Questionnaire. We offer innovative wellbeing solutions for any organisation looking to enhance their wellbeing strategy. I am also the co director of Trained Academy LTD (www.trainedacademy.co.uk), a training provided specialising in Pilates Teacher Training. I work at Oldham College as a Fitness Academy Tutor / assessor and IQA specialising in personal Training Courses and Exercise Referral.
