I am a motivated, extremely hard working and willing to learn. Over the course of my career journey I’ve gained skills within my previous roles which have helped me develop strong organisational skills, effective time-management, decision making and strong customer service. My work in customer focused roles has enabled me to gain a deep understanding of customer service procedures from both the client and agency perspective, with communication being key, this in return promotes strong relationships across all levels and departments.
