- Develop and maintain annual budgets and monthly forecasts for a group of 15-20 corporate departments, approximately $160M in yearly expense- Construct savings roadmap identifying potential reductions and efficiencies that could be achieved during the annual budget process with the CFO and VP FP&A- Redesign monthly forecast file allowing crisper analysis while bridging forecast variance to budget and prior forecast- Coordinate the Company Global Annual Bonus process determining bonus achievement for each segment within the organization- Set new long term bonus targets as well as calculated vesting plans for senior executives to ensure proper incentives in line with organizational goals- Execute quarterly Management Review Control providing account variance analysis for the Corporate segment - implemented as IPO readiness process

- Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the schools’ performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan- Assist in managing the schools’ Budgeting, Forecasting, and Long-Range Plan creation and consolidation process- Prepare monthly reports for HoldCo, by cost center and by expense, tracking of monthly variances to find cost reduction and strategy improvement opportunities- Training and management of schools FP&A teams (south and southeast region) for process improvement- Provide weekly and monthly specific analysis on enrollment to Senior Management- Responsible for understanding universities Capex needs and help preparing business cases in order to submit project for approval- Ad-Hoc creation of financial models, tools and reports in support of senior management and local FP&A teams- Provide support to Universities on issues related to Hyperion Planning

- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual variation analysis between CAPEX budget, forecast and actual.- Consolidate, analyze and validate financial data to be reported to HQ through MS Excel model and Hyperion, explaining the main variances.- Provide support to internal areas such as engineering, IT and NON-IT on building both CAPEX annual budget and monthly forecast.- Monitor new projects’ approvals, savings and transfers to adjust forecast accordingly.- Analyze and calculate foreign exchange variation impacts on forecast Financial modelling- Provide timely and accurate information for the Capex slides for Ops Review quarterly presentation.

- Preparing production schedules for manufacturing of outsourced products- Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data, performing calculations to determine manufacturing processes and materials needed for it- Preparing purchase orders to obtain raw and pack materials, considering the company’s inventory premises- Responsible for preparing/updating key performance indicators reports on a monthly basis- Responsible for importing products from other RBs around the world- Balancing of materials/products to be changed/discontinued- Implementing inventory optimization projects- Involved with innovation projects regarding outsources

- Analyze department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls- Use SAP to prepare detailed financial reporting (such as Net revenue, Sales by country, Fixed/Variable Costs, Net Income, etc)- Analyzing the reports and comparing actual against forecast for the period requested, providing brief explanations for the main variances- Analyzing and calculating exchange rate trends and inflation for the main countries in Latin America- Provide support on the implementation of strategic initiatives to gather expenses control and align the metrics for the areas- Provide timely and accurate information to senior management by preparing PowerPoint presentations with the main results of the company
