Job SummaryThe purpose of this position is to support the Investment Management division credit analysis process as required for the investment research and regulatory purposes by creating and maintaining a library of documents related to investment decisions.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and electronically file all regulatory required documents submitted to the Investment Management Library using KnowledgeLake software:Input new documents in the Electronic Investment Library via scanning or transferring from an electronic source.Classify and catalog documents according to established standards and guidelines.Analyze content of documents and assign 6-8 metadata tags to each document to facilitate storage and retrieval.Assist analysts by obtaining Offering documents from online sources. Add the documents to the library database.Create and maintain lists of Municipal Organizations, Inactive CUSIPs, and Incomplete files in the Electronic Investment Library.Organize large backlogs of documents.Establish workflow priorities to ensure that documents are processed according to highest priority.Perform quality review on all documents added to the Electronic Investment Library.Review files for completeness according to established requirements. Update FedPorts to reflect that file is complete.Create and maintain files as official record holder for Securities Transaction contracts.Create and maintain files as official record holder for Securities Transaction contracts.Prepare and submit copies of all Securities Transaction contracts to Records Management for addition to PACTS and microfilming.Create and maintain files as official record holder for Compliance records: 17a-1 sign-offs, 173-1 sign-offs, and 17a-7 sign-offs.Support Librarian with preparation of quarterly Morningstar and Value Line rating change reports.
