The Manager of Corporate Services is part of the district’s executive team, and works closely with other internal and external partners, with the responsibility to oversee various operations/systems of the Superintendent and Secretary Treasurer offices, and ensure they run seamlessly and effectively. The manager is the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to the Superintendent, Secretary Treasurer and Board of Education (The board), with particular attention to the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board.These The Manager of Corporate Services provides strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, facilities management, contract management, information services, communications, and Board of Education services.

Reporting to the Superintendent & Secretary-Treasurer, the Executive Assistant acts as the Corporate Secretary for the School District and provides executive level administrative and clerical services for the Board of Education, Superintendent, Secretary–Treasurer, and other members of the management team.
