Administers the operational routines of the Quality Assurance program and establishes the procedures and analysis methods for monitoring the quality of products, Safety and Occupational Health work center management; security; and training of personnel in a maintenance environment using a broad knowledge of end items, systems, subsystems, comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing methods and safety practices.• Senior Quality Assurance Authority for Maintenance Division compliance. Oversight of data collection, research of policy and procedures, compilation, and or tracking of data and statistical information. Designs and develops the analysis program, plans, schedules, implements and inspects all aircraft support equipment; programs; Materials/Systems and personnel training/evaluation processes utilizing Quality Assurance principles, concepts, and methodology. Establishes and evaluates control standards; interprets policy; authors and enforces procedural plans/checklists and published guidance in the areas of safety, occupational health, the use of personal protective equipment, hazardous communication, personnel training evaluations. Quality Assurance principles implemented through proactive inspections, job safety analysis and risk assessment program. Developed and implemented recommendations using process engineering, product substitution and/or personal protective equipment to mitigate potential hazardous exposures to personnel and the environment.
